Cancellation Policy
Sovereign Hair Co. employs a “3 strikes” rule. If a client no-shows or cancels on short notice 3 times, they will no longer be able to book appointments. There will also be a 25% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
